How long does shipping take?
All shipping, unless otherwise stated in the event of a pre-order, will be completed in 2-4 business days via US Postal Service.
All items will be shipped to the address given at checkout by the customer. Any errors in address given by the customer resulting in undeliverable packages is not the responsibility of The Authentically You Boutique, LLC.

Do you restock items?
We can restock most of our items! We will always let you know if we're selling out of an item that cannot be restocked.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
What is your return policy?
Our return for store credit policy lasts 15 days. If 15 days have gone by since
your purchase, unfortunately I can’t offer you store credit.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition
that you received it, with tags attached. It must also be in the original

What is your exchange policy?
Due to being a small boutique I do not offer exchanges as of now.
How much is the return shipping fee?
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning
your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable
shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. I don’t guarantee that I
will receive your returned item.
When will I receive my refund?
Once your return is received and inspected, I will send you an email to
notify you that I have received your returned item. I will also notify you of
the approval or rejection of your store credit.
